The Catholic Health Care Foundation of Greater Manchester was established to improve health, health outcomes, and access to high quality healthcare for the residents of Greater Manchester and the State of New Hampshire in accordance with the healing mission of Jesus Christ and the works of mercy.
Through involved grant making to nonprofit organizations, the Foundation works to improve health and wellness consistent with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
The Foundation is operated by an Executive Director and support staff and overseen by the Bishop of Manchester and a volunteer Board of Directors. It was created in 2025 and funded from the sale of Catholic Medical Center to HCA Healthcare.
