Healthcare access and delivery is not one-size-fits-all. This is even truer for those most in need. The Catholic Health Care Foundation of Greater Manchester exists to fill gaps in community healthcare, in line with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
Our first grant making cycle will begin in early 2026. We look forward to reviewing applications then and we will share more information about these opportunities in the coming months.
Our Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that those without permanent residences have access to reliable healthcare. By funding Health Care for the Homeless, primary care services are delivered in multiple locations throughout the Queen City.
Located adjacent to Catholic Medical Center, Poisson Dental Facility has served low-income Manchester area residents for many years. It delivers excellent dental care to all – regardless of income – to assist patients with achieving optimal health outcomes.
As the Foundation grows, so will opportunities for additional program support in the Greater Manchester area.
